Client Gallery ~ Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the client gallery provided by Anne Kalagian Photography through Pixieset. By accessing the gallery, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the gallery.

2. Gallery Access

Access to your gallery is provided for personal use only. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the images for personal use  Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to reproduction or distribution of the images for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.

3. Image Ownership

All images in the gallery are the intellectual property of Anne Kalagian Photography. Images may not be edited, altered, or used for any purpose other than those explicitly outlined in the licensing agreement or contract. Unauthorized usage may result in legal action.

4. Download and Print Rights

You may download high-resolution images directly from the gallery for personal use. The right to print is included with your download unless otherwise specified. Printing through third-party vendors is allowed, but Anne Kalagian Photography is not responsible for the quality of prints produced by third-party services.

5. Image Storage and Availability

Galleries will be available for a specific period, as indicated in your contract. After this period, galleries may be archived or deleted. It is your responsibility to download and back up images within the availability window.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected for gallery access will be used solely to deliver services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Liability

Anne Kalagian Photography is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or damages that may occur during the use of the Pixieset platform. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, issues with third-party platforms are outside our control.

8. Amendments

Anne Kalagian Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the gallery after modifications signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
